How are leads scored and prioritized? ⌄
Each lead is scored based on signal strength (e.g., days since probate filing, foreclosure stage, tax delinquency amount). Our AI model weights these signals by historical deal success rates in each market. You can customize filters by score, property type, and price range.
Do you provide contact information for property owners? ⌄
Yes. Each lead includes the owner's name, mailing address, phone (if public), and property details (address, county assessor info, estimated value). All data is sourced from public records.
